I had a great experience. I wasn’t planning on buying a car when I went. I was actually with my mother when she was taking her car to get serviced there. We walked around while we waited and there were quite a few cars that caught my eye. Trey spoke to us while we were walking around and didn’t try to pressure us into buying anything at that time. He gave us space to look as we wanted to, and gave us his card so we could get in touch with him if we wanted to test drive anything. I had to reschedule a couple times and when I finally dropped in spontaneously one day, Trey was with another customer. Gary was able to help me take the car for a test drive. He was informative and understanding of my time constraints while I was there. When it was time to evaluate my trade and run some numbers for purchasing the vehicle, the process was quite efficient. I had my kids with me who were being very rambunctious. Gary and Trey were very nice and patient. They got them popcorn and a coloring book with crayons to keep them occupied during the negotiations. I feel like I got a very good deal on my trade-in. I also feel like the lease on my car was fair especially because I had negative equity in my car. The final negotiations went through fairly late in the evening, and I needed to get my kids home for school the next day. Gary and Trey were very flexible and let me come in the next day. They were very thorough and wanted to make sure I was comfortable with all the features and how everything worked on the vehicle. Overall, it was truly a great experience.

Oil change was fine, it’s a 2024 Tahoe that I bought new there and the key fob will no longer unlock the door. Richard sold my wife a $10.00 battery for the key fob and said that was the problem. They went out there together and it still did not work. So now we have to drive back another 60 miles and 1 hour drive for them to work on it. Seems like a vehicle less than a year old would not have a charge associated with it!

I took my vehicle in for routine oil change & tire rotation. I met with James Boyer, Service Consultant. While there I asked them to check the transmission because I had noticed erratic gear shifting and shuttering at times. Their initial testing determined that the torque converter was failing with only 45,000 miles on my 2020 Colorado. When I purchased this vehicle from Judd Kuhn Chevrolet in 2020 I was provided a lifetime drivetrain extended warranty. In the interim Judd Kuhn Chevrolet was sold and is now Beach Chevrolet, Little River, SC. James was very professional and immediately contacted the extended warranty company which in turn followed up with their inspection. They agreed with the failure of the torque converter and authorized the needed repair. I had postponed this review simply because until today 6/21/25 I had not driven the vehicle enough to determine if the issue was no longer a problem. As of today the Transmission appears to be working properly. The repair was handled in a timely and professional manner. My vehicle was at Beach Chevrolet for 5 days but 3 of those days was waiting on the insurance vendor to verify the issue.

Edwin was great, very customer oriented. Paying for my trade in not so go. Could have matched Carvana but didn't. Not to happy with the extended warranty as I didn't know I was paying 3900 untilI looked at my bill the next day. Seems they show you the payment but never mention the price of for the extended warranty. I would have never taken it at that price. I have paid for a number of extended warranty's for cars of equal value and I usually pay around 2250.00 not $3900.00. Not happy with that. I'm still waiting for my SiriusXM to be corrected. I paid for a 3 year free subscription and according to SiriusXM I am only entitled to a 3 month subscription. No one seems to know why it's not showing up as 3 years. This needs to be addressed please by possily calling someone in the main office of Chevy to find out why I'm not getting what I paid for. As for Edwin and the other sales person that helped me out the other day they were amazing and very accommadating.

Informed the service manager the conditions that were involved in the auto not running, the manager said to inform me of the condition when the auto was diagnosed. I was informed the following day what was found and corrected and option to complete the job. The discussion with the service manager left the decision up to him and other service technicians as to the course of action that would yield a well running vehicle. The simpler procedure was employed successfully and was able to pick up the vehicle that afternoon. Vehicle has been running well the last two days since the service.

This was our first experience with Beach Chevrolet. Our salesperson, Mason Lynn, was absolutely amazing. I am a Sr. citizen and technology has passed me by, but Mason exhibited no frustration and was very patient. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the features of our new Traverse and took his time to ensure we had a good understanding of how everything operated. Before leaving, he asked a few times if we had additional questions and made us comfortable to know if we needed anything else, to feel free to contact him. We also had a great experience with Jesse, in the Finance Department. He made the paperwork process very easy for us. Chris came over and spoke with us and told us he appreciated our business. We have been getting our Tahoe serviced at this dealership for five years and we have always had a great experience from scheduling appointments to now a new purchase. One of the main areas we liked is that we didn't feel "HIGH PRESSURE" sales on us, which would have run us away; we don't like it. None of that here. Everyone was genuine and helpful. We give this dealership an EXCELLENT rating and will highly recommend it to our friends and neighbors in the area!!

I waited about 10 minutes in the service drive to be greeted. Finally the service manager approached me and asked me my name. I said I had an appointment and he indicated that the quick-service advisor would be with me shortly and told me to go to the waiting room. A few minutes later, that person came and got me, saying that I needed to sign paperwork for the service to commence. This scenario was not my usual experience at Beach. James has been the one to help me before and I wish he could have written up the work order for my LOF as he is always punctual and professional. I didn't have the same experience with Richard.

Unexpected fuel pump module failure on our 2020 Equinox left my wife (on her Birthday) and I stranded on Highway 31. They said it would take 3/4 hours to get the car done. I was given a loaner car to use to get home and was told they would call when the car was done. No phone call. I finally called and was told it would be done by the third day, which it was finally. I live in Murrell Inlet and had to make 3 trips back and forth to get my brake, that you installed, fixed

Just took my 2026 Silverado in for its first oil change. Took a week to get an appointment. However, service was excellent and everything was done in a timely manner. Spoke with my salesman Melvin and had a nice conversation about how I liked my new truck. Good dealership to do business with.
