Service Manager was friendly and car was done in one hour. Price for oil change was fair for a dealership. I was glad there was no extra fees like Beach Mazda who charge extra for shop supplies. Give a fair price and people will do service at the dealership instead of private garages. Good first time experience.

Although the price of the parts I had to get were very, very costly, the service department's person, JAMES, was most helpful in explaining what would be done, the time it would take and the overall cost. Although the parts were way to expensive my overall visit to the service department was MOST EFFICIENT! Thank you JAMES!!

I received several calls reminding me of my scheduled appt, and 2 calls with no message, when I returned call to dealership, the receptionist was very rude! She could not tell me who called or the purpose of the calls. I dont need to be reminded of a scheduled appt 5 times in a week.

I waited about 10 minutes in the service drive to be greeted. Finally the service manager approached me and asked me my name. I said I had an appointment and he indicated that the quick-service advisor would be with me shortly and told me to go to the waiting room. A few minutes later, that person came and got me, saying that I needed to sign paperwork for the service to commence. This scenario was not my usual experience at Beach. James has been the one to help me before and I wish he could have written up the work order for my LOF as he is always punctual and professional. I didn't have the same experience with Richard.

was told the part was installed but when i looked at it, it wasn't installed properly. so back in the shop it went. came out 10 minutes later and looked good, but when i left, i noticed something hanging down in the rear of the vehicle. back to the dealer I went and they fixed it. whew, what a visit.

Unexpected fuel pump module failure on our 2020 Equinox left my wife (on her Birthday) and I stranded on Highway 31. While waiting for Triple A tow truck I called Paul at Beach Chevrolet service desk and alerted him of our problem. Paul was GREAT! He had a loaner car ready, was understanding and was able to get our Equinox repaired (at no cost to us) the next morning! We love our salesman- Nick Webb and Paul is aces at the service desk. They make this dealership special!

The dealership did well. I didn't agree with the cost of the service. It was over 700.00 dollars to change transmission oil. My truck is a 2021. It was stated that I needed an upgraded oil. A 2021 truck with 80k miles on it needs an upgraded oil. Doesn't sit well with me.

This was our first experience with Beach Chevrolet. Our salesperson, Mason Lynn, was absolutely amazing. I am a Sr. citizen and technology has passed me by, but Mason exhibited no frustration and was very patient. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the features of our new Traverse and took his time to ensure we had a good understanding of how everything operated. Before leaving, he asked a few times if we had additional questions and made us comfortable to know if we needed anything else, to feel free to contact him. We also had a great experience with Jesse, in the Finance Department. He made the paperwork process very easy for us. Chris came over and spoke with us and told us he appreciated our business. We have been getting our Tahoe serviced at this dealership for five years and we have always had a great experience from scheduling appointments to now a new purchase. One of the main areas we liked is that we didn't feel "HIGH PRESSURE" sales on us, which would have run us away; we don't like it. None of that here. Everyone was genuine and helpful. We give this dealership an EXCELLENT rating and will highly recommend it to our friends and neighbors in the area!!

Everything went well good experience. However, after the service tech showed me the fresh air filter, maybe might be replaced? I said sure you have it out , go and replace it. So, no labor involved.either put the old one back, or put a new one in. $130 dollars for a new filter???? Seriously? Just for a filter. Thats just wrong.

I’ve been going there for service ever since I bought my car from them, this past visit is the ONLY time I had a negative experience. The guy who checked me in and out was NOT friendly at all. Usually another guy is there to greet me and check me out and he is always nice and helpful. NONE of my fluids were topped off like my receipt states they were. Very disappointing. Unsure if I will be back.

My advisor was rather pushy about me upgrading me to a higher service level. I was there for an oil change. He called me to tell me my air filter was dirty. My gauge say 50%. I called late day on Tuesday to schedule my C8 for an oil change, And was surprised to get in the next morning at 8am. My Service Consultant was James Boyer. He greeted me by name upon pulling in the garage and got the car right in. I had a few questions about my warranty that was an unusual warranty question, James researched and called me within 10 minutes of leaving the dealership with an answer. I will definitely try to deal with James in the future.

Service Manager was friendly and car was done in one hour. Price for oil change was fair for a dealership. I was glad there was no extra fees like Beach Mazda who charge extra for shop supplies. Give a fair price and people will do service at the dealership instead of private garages. Good first time experience.

Communication could have been better. At the end, my vehicle was sitting in the parking lot ready and confirmed via text but James was not in his office, invoice was sitting on desk. I was walking around trying to find out what was going on and someone asked if they could help me. I said "I'm trying to see what's going on with my vehicle, I see it's parked in the lot." That's when things started moving. I was the only one left in the lounge. My appt was at 10am, they took it in on time but the end was not as prompt. Paul ended up getting my invoice off James desk and checked me out.

We came in to look at the Traverse's you had in stock. Our salesman, Edwin, came out and showed us vehicles we were interested in and was knowledgeable about them. He was not pushy and was honest with us. After we found the vehicle we wanted he worked on the numbers and got us were we needed to be. We then dealt with Nick in finance and this was like nothing we had experienced before at a dealership. We didn't get pushed into warranties and add on items. It was a straight forward experience and wonderful to be treated with understanding and compassion to meet the needs that we were looking for in a vehicle.

1st of all Chev recommendations for various service at a certain amount of miles is outrageously over priced. Came in for an oil change and $584 later I’m out the door. Not the service guys fault…it’s the dealership and Chev. Also have had continuous transmission issues that everyone had rather ignore than simply replace it. Very frustrating. The truck was not cheap that I purchased at your dealership. I will be seeking service at another dealership in the future.

The customer service was non-existent. No greeting. No introduction. No conversation unless I initiated it. No eye contact. Had I not gone back to his office the third time to get his card I never would have known his name. Paul Callaghan. The response to my review was nothing more than excuses that were totally not true. He was not on a phone call at all the entire time I was there but he was staring papers in his desk. If you are too busy to help someone do not say you will.help.that someone. I was honestly considering trading my 2023 Colorado in after they fixed the issue but I will never (I pray) deal with Beach Chevrolet again. I now understand why there are so many 1 and 2 star ratings. You can never be great without acknowledging your customers.

You exceeded my expectations. My car broke down on Thursday (July 4 weekend) and I had it towed to Beach Chevrolet that afternoon. Diagnostics were done on Friday and the car was repaired and picked up on Monday. I was very impressed with the speed that Beach Chevrolet invested in my vehicle. And the repair seems to have fixed the problem. Fast response and good repair is what I was hoping for and got at Beach. Cost was high but I was anticipating that.

The car we were coming to look at was already pulled up when we got there. Hunter did a good job of showing us the car and talked numbers without trying to pressure a sale. We made sure we could all the deals we saw online and when Hunter confirmed that we could, we were ready to buy. The only issue we had that stopped this from being a flawless purchase was when signing the paperwork we were told that the 90 day deferred payment could not be combined with the 0% financing. When I got home I looked back at the advertisement and saw that it should have been included like I thought. The whole reason it was a great experience was because at the beginning everything was up front, but then in the business office we feel that we didn’t get the deferred payments that we should have
